Tying Down

The hirer is always responsible for securing their own loads and ensuring that they stay within weight limit.
The hirer needs to supply or purchase their own load specific tie-downs and cargo nets to meet state specific road laws always refer the hirer to the loading guidelines, which will provide information on how to secure their load.
[00:06:34] Please remind the hirer that overhead loads need to be secured to the rear tray. Please do not loan any tie downs or tie a load down for a customer. If tie downs are left in the ute after a hire, please remove them before the next hire. Always follow these guidelines to keep the chain of responsibility with the hirer.
[00:06:59] If a customer asks, does this need to be tied down? The answer is always yes.
