Extension Agreement

The Extension Agreement records the changes made by the customer to the Hire Agreement. So it will keep the original return due date and time and show the new return due date and time. It will then show you any of the extension charges that need to be taken now, if the customer is present, or that will need to be taken on return of the vehicle if the extension is not beyond the 24 hour max.
If you've taken payment at point of extension, the receipt number that you entered as part of creating the extension will appear on the agreement automatically. Otherwise if payment is taken at return, you will need to enter your name and staff member ID, the date and the receipt number that took the payment for the extension.
