When you log into the site, you'll see an area on the login screen that is clearly marked announcements. In the training site you can see a sample announcement and that's just there to show you how and where announcements may appear at different points in the booking system.

It's important to read announcements as they may :

  1. contain information that is key to your use of the system

  2. alert you to procedural or legal changes to hire Terms and Conditions

  3. affect the information that you need to give your customers

As soon as an announcement appears, give it your full attention.
