UTE Tray

Tray dimensions are 1.8 metres wide and 2.4 metres long.
Heavy loads are to be placed towards the back of the cab. Not at the back of the tray. The ute has drop sides for easy loading and unloading the drop sides must not be removed from the vehicle as this can cause damage to the hinges.
You can load with a forklift with the drop sides down, but please ensure that you have checked the weight on the forklift scales first. The middle rack is called the headboard. It is fixed to the tray and is not removable. The headboard has bunny ears bolted to the inside of the frame to hold overhead loads over the cab.
Please always check that these are bolted onto the inside of the headboard and not on the outside. The tray has rope rails down the inside of the drop sides for securing loads in the tray. The rails below the tray are for securing loads that exceed the drop side height.
