Van Fuel Charge Card

Every store has a fuel card to be used when the store is refueling the vehicle. All charges on the fuel card are charged back to the store when we do our invoicing. Any fuel charges the store charges the customer are not invoiced by Handy Rentals. This means that the store is responsible for maintaining the fuel level at their store.

All fuel cards must be kept secure as they are essentially a blank credit card. They should be signed out and signed back in via the cash office or admin. If the fuel card is lost, Handy Rentals must be notified immediately for a lost card report and get a new card issued to the store.
