The windscreen and all windows need to be checked on return of hires.

Every time the vehicle comes back from hire, look for:

  • stone chips

  • cracks

If anything is broken:

  • hold the deposit

  • charge the estimated repair costs

Windscreens on newer models with lane assist technology may be charged at a higher rate to the regular windscreen replacement charge because of the additional fitted sensors.
