Rental charges are automatically generated when the hire from and to dates and times are entered into the system. The rental charges, along with the deposit needs to be paid up front at the commencement of the hirer. This needs to be charged through the POS register at Bunnings. Any extensions of hires need to be paid up front to ensure continuation of insurance cover for the extended hire period.
Return charges and deposits are calculated at the time of return and need to be paid and refunded through the POS register at Bunnings. If there has been any additional charges or damage during the hire period, the hirer needs to pay the additional charges as calculated on the return.
