The Dashboard - Tabs & Panels

When you first log in the system dashboard will show you the Today tab.

The Today Tab

The Today tab has five panels:

  1. Today's Pickups - all reservations that are scheduled to be picked up today

  2. Today's Returns - all vehicles that are out on hire that are due back today

  3. Overdue Pickups - any vehicles that have not yet been picked up and should have been

  4. Overdue Returns - vehicles that have not yet been returned and are late

  5. Vehicles On Hire

The Advanced Bookings Tab

Should you have reservations in the future, you'll find those in the 'Advanced Bookings' tab, which gives you the hires in a list format.

The Booking Timeline Tab

Gives you a visual overview of everything that's happening at the moment.

The Booking Timeline is very useful for checking availability at a glance.
