Viewing, Cancelling Or Changing Reservations

Viewing Reservation Details
If the reservation is for today:
- Today Tab > Today's Pickups panel > Click 'View' action button of the desired reservation
If the reservation is in the future:
- Advance Bookings Tab > Click 'View' action button of the desired reservation
OR
- Booking Timeline Tab > Click the desired reservation from the timeline to view.
Cancelling A Reservation
If the reservation is for today:
Today Tab > Today's Pickups panel > Click 'Cancel' action button of the desired reservation
Enter reason for cancellation
Enter your name and Team Member ID
Click 'Yes, Cancel Hire'
If the reservation is in the future:
Advance Bookings Tab > Click 'Cancel' action button of the desired reservation
Enter reason for cancellation
Enter your name and Team Member ID
Click 'Yes, Cancel Hire'
Changing A Reservation
If the reservation is for today:
Today Tab > Today's Pickups panel > Click 'Change' action button of the reservation
Amend reservation details in the related booking screen^i^
If changing Pickup or Return dates and times - re-check availability
Click 'Reserve' (Quick Booking) or
Click 'Save' (Detailed or Online Booking)
If the reservation is in the future:
Advance Bookings Tab > Click 'Change' action button of the reservation
Amend reservation details in the related booking screen^i^
If changing Pickup or Return dates and times - re-check availability
Click 'Reserve' (Quick Booking) or
Click 'Save' (Detailed or Online Booking)
The information you can amend when changing a reservation will vary according to how the reservation was created. All online bookings will appear as Detailed Bookings.
