Fuel Charge Card

Every store has a fuel card to be used when the store is refuelling the vehicle.

  • Any monies the store charges the customer in relation to fuel are not invoiced by Handy Rentals (AU) / Load & Go (NZ)

  • All charges on the fuel card are charged back to the store when we do our invoicing

  • Store is responsible for maintaining the fuel level at the store

All fuel cards must be kept secure as they're essentially a credit card, with no exceptions:

  • they should be signed out via the cash office or admin

  • they should be signed back in via the cash office or admin

If the fuel card is lost, Handy Rentals (AU) / Load & Go (NZ) must be notified immediately for a lost card report and to get a new card issued to the store as quickly as possible
