Additional Drivers

Our hire rates are inclusive of one driver only. If the hirer wishes to have another person or people drive the vehicle, the other drivers must be present at the time of initial hire.

Their licences must be entered onto the hirer document and each additional driver must sign the hire agreement and initial each box. Each additional driver listed on the hire agreement has an additional driver fee of $10 per day per additional driver. Additional drivers cannot be added after the initial hire documentation has been generated.

If an additional driver needs to be added, the vehicle must be returned to the store returned in the system and rehired with all drivers present to sign the new hire documents. Anyone driving our vehicle who is not listed on the hire agreement is not covered under our insurance and by allowing an unlisted driver to drive the vehicle, the hirer  breaks our terms and conditions of hirer.
