Check Availability & Select Vehicle
Select the Quick Booking dropdown menu from the Menu Bar
Select the Customer Hire type
Enter the desired pickup date and time
Enter the desired return date and time / check duration
Select a vehicle that is available for the entire duration shown
The Vehicle Availability panel below the Pickup and Return date pickers lists the UTEs and vans available at your store and will automatically adjust to show the selected hire duration and any conflicting bookings will be displayed in red.
Enter Hirer Contact Details
Enter hirer contact name
Enter valid^!^ mobile phone number
Enter valid^!^ email address
Enter your name and Team Member ID
Reserve

The booking system sends important notifications at different stages of hire - it's critically important that the hirer's mobile number and email address are valid so that the customer receives these messages and is always kept up to date.

If the customer refuses to give their email address, then you must refuse the hire. DO NOT ENTER fake email addresses or email addresses based on your Store name.
Check / Review Hire Details
Clicking 'Reserve' will take you to the Hire View / Detail screen
Check the booking details
Go back to the Dashboard
If the Quick Booking is for today:
check that it appears in the 'Today's Pickups' panelIf the Quick Booking is in the future:
check that it appears in the 'Advanced Bookings' tab or in the 'Booking Timeline'Logout
