Adding an Additional Credit Card

Occasionally, once the pickup process has been completed, the credit card that the customer gave you for validation will decline the transaction and the customer will present a second card. In this instance, it's essential that the second card is also added to the hire.

To Add An Additional Credit Card

From the dashboard, select the appropriate hire and from the Hire View screen, below the charges, you'll see the credit card with the 'Add Card' button.

  1. Today Tab > Vehicles On Hire panel > Click 'View' from the desired hire

  2. Hire View / Detail screen > Credit Card panel > Click 'Add Card'

  3. Enter card details

  4. Click 'Verify'

  5. Once verified, click 'Continue'

  6. Check that the additional card appears on the Hire View / Detail screen
