The equipment in the van is listed in the following slides. Please ensure that if any equipment is damaged or missing, you charge the customer the applicable rate, the rates are available in the online system or on your rates card. As a minimum, you'll need to hold their deposit until we have got the item repaired or replaced, we can then contact the customer if we need any extra money towards the repair or replacement. If the vehicle is not being checked and damage or missing items are not being picked up and charged to the customer who is responsible for the damage, then the repair or replacement costs will be on-charged to the relevant Bunnings store.
