Useful Documents

There are two places in the system where you can open, read, print and download important documents pertaining to vehicle hire.
Menu Bar > FAQ Drop Down
The first is in the booking system under the Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ] drop down menu that you'll find in the menu bar. Here you can open, print, download:
Terms and Conditions{.external-link rel="nofollow"} (Ts and Cs)
Rate Card{.external-link rel="nofollow"}
Frequently Asked Questions{.external-link rel="nofollow"} (FAQs)
Helpful Hints for UTEs{.external-link rel="nofollow"}
Helpful Hints for Vans{.external-link rel="nofollow"}
Loading Guidelines for UTEs{.external-link rel="nofollow"} (UTE Loading)
Loading Guidelines for Vans{.external-link rel="nofollow"} (VAN Loading)
Accident Damage Report{.external-link rel="nofollow"}
Now, most of those will be printed automatically at the pickup or the return stage of vehicle hire. If for any reason that doesn't happen, then clicking on the Frequently Asked Questions drop down menu will allow you to just select, for example, Terms and Conditions, and will allow you to print a separate copy without having to go back in and reprint from the hire.
Public Websites
In addition to the Frequently Asked Questions menu, you can also click the Handy Rentals{.external-link rel="nofollow"} / Load & Go{.external-link rel="nofollow"} logo to go to the Handy Rentals / Load & Go website.

Frequently Asked Questions (Customer){.external-link rel="nofollow"}**
**This set of Frequently Asked Questions is specifically for customers and contains the questions that customers often ask. So that includes things like:
"Are the vehicles, auto, automatic or manual?"
"Where can I find the petrol tank?"
"Why do I have to pay for the vehicle in advance?"
"How much is the deposit for hiring?"
So it's worth having a quick glance over those questions as they may refresh your memory on other things that have been covered by this training. Of course telling customers or informing customers that they can download this information, or if they've called and are asking for a copy of Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions, or they need the Accident Damage Report, you can point them to the website, tell them to scroll down to the bottom of the page and they'll be able to download that information for themselves.
The public facing websites are also a good place to get a summary of the vehicle features and the rates for each vehicle. (The Australian site lets customers select a state and see what Bunnings stores vehicles are available from selecting the store then gives them contact information, address, and phone number weekday and weekend opening hours.)
Of course customers can also book vehicles directly online and you'll see those in the booking system marked [HandyHire365].
